What this site does
Bulvar.co.uk is an editorial showroom. We do not take payments, create customer purchase accounts or process eBay orders. Bulvar.co Club maintains separate invitation and member-submission records. When you follow a product link, eBay becomes responsible for the information collected on its service.
Bulvar.co Club invitation requests
If you request an invitation, we collect your name, email address, optional UK region, Club interests and your answers about the room or everyday ritual you would like to improve. We use this information to review applications, plan relevant Club content and manage the four-week intake process.
Club Letters, invitation decisions and event notes are sent only when you have actively agreed to receive them. Every editorial email will provide a way to unsubscribe. We keep a minimal suppression record when needed to respect a request not to be contacted again.
The Members' Edit
Active members may privately submit written stories and photographs. Submissions remain private while under review. Images are processed before storage and are not made public unless the submission is selected and the member has confirmed publication rights and consent.
Public stories use only the credit name and optional general region chosen by the member. We do not publish private email addresses, precise home locations or member access codes.
Retention
Waiting-list details are reviewed at least annually and are deleted when no longer needed. Unselected submission files are removed after the editorial and correction period, normally within 90 days of a final decision. Selected stories may remain published until withdrawn or no longer editorially relevant.
Service providers and security
We use contracted hosting, database, media-storage and communications providers to operate the Club. Access to private applications and submissions is restricted to authorised Bulvar.co editors. We apply file, size and access checks and do not use public member submissions as an open file-hosting service.
Analytics
If you actively allow analytics, we may use Google Analytics to measure page views, broad location, device type and clicks that leave this site for eBay. We do not load optional analytics before consent. You can continue to use the site if you decline.

Your choices and rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of information connected to your Club application or submission. You can also withdraw a public story or your email consent by contacting hello@bulvar.co.uk. Some minimal records may be retained where required to honour an opt-out or legal obligation.
